NSLIJ – Call Center

UI/UX and Visual Design to update the NSLIJ internal call center search and display functionality.

UX work: Performed visual observation study of call center employee’s running into pitfalls and hurdles using the old system.  Created better sorting and layout for insurance information as well as surfacing more information in the search itself.

Visual Design:  Cleaned up layout of details and created a better way to search and filter insurance information.

Built in Bootstrap.
