The latest version of the website is a culmination of effort between myself and a very talented cross disciplined digital team. The design direction, IA and overall UX was the responsibility of myself and my team.
The Well
Northwell’s own information and lifestyle editorial platform is another amazing project myself and my team have helped shape and guide from it’s early inception. The Well was a great way to stretch the branding and visual language for a different utility.
North Shore Hospital
NSUH is one of the largest Hospitals within the Northwell Health system. Myself and my team created a tailored yet flexible design system that can be applied to all hospitals under the Northwell brand. Giving quick access to key information for the end user.

Design & Component system
In 2018 I spearheaded Northwell’s first design system based on atomic design. Over 9 months my team crafted a complex component system built into our CMS (Drupal) for use across all of Northwell and their digital properties.
Just a snippet of the chaos we had to refactor after comparing all existing design elements before using a design system.

A complete overhaul of the core of Northwell.
How patients find care they need.

This redesign took approximately 9 month including research, discovery, design and testing.
Helping people find the care they need
We were able to add a boatload of features and improvements to this latest version including the ability to book appointments directly from the search pages and profile cards.
Project Constellation
This proof of concept was a true re-imagining of how to find care you need based on a data set that matches who you are as a person. Your wants, needs and unique markers that set you apart from everyone else.
