Retirement Strategies: Distribution, Institutional, Sales Enablement & Individual Journeys. Set design vision and led DesignOps strategy for a cross-functional team of UX specialists across the Retirement Strategies portfolio, aligning C-suite stakeholders across Business, Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal, and Financial Advisor channels to deliver omnichannel digital experiences at enterprise scale.

  • Defined the end-to-end service design and UX strategy for PruXpress, introducing self-service capabilities, paperless asset transfer, and a redesigned book of business, driving a 15-point NPS increase and measurably improving customer satisfaction across distribution channels.
  • Led Project Elevate, a change management initiative migrating the Annuities CRM to Financial Services Cloud, architecting the UX system and aligning design, engineering, and sales operations on a unified platform experience.
